Brooks Tapped to Chair Senate Aging and Youth Committee in New SessionHarrisburg – State Senator Michele Brooks has been re-appointed as the Chair of the Senate Aging and Youth Committee by Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati for the new 2017-18 session. “I am excited and eager to continue to lead a committee devoted to our children, who are our future, and our seniors, who have always been there to counsel and care for us,” Sen. Brooks said. “At a time when the needs of our baby boomers are growing and funding is limited, it is critical that the General Assembly taps into the resources available to provide the most accessible and reliable services possible,” Sen.
